Refund and Returns Policy

At Garner Drake Residential Design, each purchase includes a digital residential design product and a corresponding license for its permitted use. Because plan files and related materials are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits after a purchase has been completed or digital files have been made available.

Please review the plan details, specifications, included materials, license options, and modification information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a plan, need help selecting the appropriate license, or would like to discuss modifications before ordering, please contact us prior to checkout.

License Upgrades and Additional Use

Additional build rights, CAD files, modifications, or other expanded use may be available for purchase when applicable. These requests are evaluated individually and must be approved in writing by Garner Drake Residential Design.

Digital Delivery

Licensees are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to their order confirmation and delivered files. Garner Drake Residential Design is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information, email filtering, or circumstances outside our control.
