  Custom home designs
  Stock house plans
  Multi-family plans
  Modifications or revisions
  Please review all details carefully prior to purchase or engagement.

  2. Intellectual Property
  All designs, drawings, plans, and content are the exclusive property of Garner Drake Residential Design, LLC and are protected by copyright laws.
  Plans may not be:
  Resold
  Distributed
  Reproduced
  Used for multiple builds without proper licensing
  Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  3. Use of Plans
  Our plans are intended for use by the purchaser for a specific project. It is the responsibility of the client and/or builder to:
  Verify compliance with local building codes
  Obtain necessary permits
  Ensure structural and engineering requirements are met
  We recommend consulting local professionals before construction.

  4. Limitation of Liability
  Garner Drake Residential Design, LLC is not liable for:
  Construction errors Site-specific issues
  Contractor or builder performance
  Modifications made by third parties
  Use of our designs is at your own discretion and risk.

  5. Changes to Terms
  We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
